Questions
Straight answers about Hirespot and AI recruiting.
What does an AI recruiter do?

What happens after I press Enter?
We save what you typed and take you to create your Hirespot account. As soon as you’re in, Spotter runs your search with that message, so you don’t have to type it again.
Can I search for candidates in a specific country?
Yes. Name the country or region in plain words, like “a bookkeeper in Colombia or Mexico”, and add language, time zone, budget or skills. Spotter filters for all of it.
How many candidates will I see?
Your best matches, ranked for your job, best fit first. If someone isn’t right, tap Not for me and the next person comes up.
Where do the candidates come from?

Do I need a recruiter?
No. Hirespot is self-serve. You chat with Spotter, review your matches and book interviews on your own schedule.
What does MCP mean?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how AI assistants connect to other tools. With the Hirespot MCP server, any AI assistant that supports MCP, like Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, can search candidates for you.
